Today, MC(miss chia) talked to us about oral and then there was the talk from the seniors invited by MC. At the start of the lesson, MC asked us if we read her blog entry yesterday- her latest blog entry. Only me and someone else(I didn't turn around to see) raised our hands. She told me to summarize what she put on her blog entry. At that point in time, I was quite speechless as I did not expect her to say that. I spoke what was in my head without using the organization chart MC tought us yesterday. After I spoke a few sentences, MC asked me whether I used the organization chart and I said No I did not. I totally forgot about it until she asked me. She also asked us if there was any method of answering oral and some of us said like there is a sequence e.g up down, left right, anti-clockwise, clockwise. And we must browse through the picture before speaking. MC told us that we must group the situations into : normal, 'happening' under happening wrong and consequence or cause and effect.
After that, there were 2 seniors who came in to class and told us what it was like for them during P6. The first senior's name was Bryan Foo, he is in secondary 3 at VS( victoria secondary) and he said that he has never forgot to do a piece of homework since Secondary 1 to Secondary 3. It is really quite impossible as he is also a human and no one is perfect. He showed us a hand book that he uses to keep track of his homework or revision.Heuses a piece of paper and divides it into 2 columns,1 for home work and 1 for revision. once he has completed a piece of homework, he will strike it off. What's more, I can't believe he is a 6B student and he scored 254 FOR PSLE. IT REALLY is AMAZING. He also shouted the command when I was in P3. There were also a few quotes i learned. I am also a person who HATES chinese as it is such a drag and my chinese teacher can go on scolding someone for the WHOLE lesson and her lessons are really BORING. And i really mean boring. I wonder who listens to her, I dont think that even Darryl who is so attentive in class listens and i shall say it once MORE that she is so boring in the way she teaches us chinese.
The 2nd senior's name was Jonathan Ng. He was from 6A( I think) and he scored 258 or 259 for his PSLE. He used lots of quotations and analogies for his presentation and he even prepared speech cards on what to say to us. I wonder why he likes chinese so much even though he speaks chinese at home and reads and listens.

That's probably all there is for today's lesson. I appreciate MC coming to invite the seniors even though she has a sore throat and she risks the chance of recovering her voice.
