Well, it was really fun and enjoyable to describe it. I dashed home straight away after going to popular to buy the index card. I bathed and went to terminal 3 by bus with my mother. When I reached there, my headphones were going 'zzz...zzz" and it was really noisy. I thought that Terminal 3 was a super high-tech place and it means that radios could also work here. I was quite disappointed but after all, T3 was just built and maybe I hope they can upgrade it to enable radios to work there. Anyway moving on, we went to the toilets first cus I had to ease my bladder. After that, when I came out, I saw a water cooler which was auto. I was curious to see what it was. WHen I put my face near there, suddenly water squirted out at my face. It was quite humiliating and I was really amazed by the fact that water coolers could be auto. Technology has really advanced so fast man! Last time, the computer was not even invented but now, all sorts of gadgets like Handphone, Computer, Xbox are all invented.
We went to a restaurant called Popeye's chicken. My mother ordered a 3 piece meal of chicken and a bread and some fries and a drink. The bread was extraordinary. It is not like those old, sub-standard bread. At the first glance, it might look hard but when it is bit into, it is really soft and delectable. I could eat it as breakfast for 1 week. It was really something new, not those type of super hard breads. Ok, enough about the bread, the chicken was next. I took my first bite and I was expecting it to be spicy. But it was quite dissapointing as the chicken was not the least spicy but quite saltish. My mother had 1 piece of chicken and it was super small as she ordered a mild one. I mean it was so small that it was the size of maybe a pair of scissors. I was really infuriated but I did not do anything cus my mother said not to pursue the matter. I was quite angry cus the spicy chicken was about 3 or 4 times bigger that that one. How could they cheat someone like that? Doesn't that person have a heart? Although it was not a serious matter, but I feel that it is actually scamming a person of his/her money right in front of that person's nose.
AFter that, we went to buy breakfast and headed home. Overall, I think Singapore is really really successful because there are so many improvements from one tiny island to a high-tech, advanced and prosperous place. All this is thanks to Lee Kuan Yew, I really admire him because he made Singapore from a kampong place to what we are today. I really reccomand others to visit T3 cus it will show how Singapore has advanced and T3 is like a shopping center and an airport mixed together. It was really amazing!
