First, early in the morning, I got up at around 9 because my alarm rang. I was really sleepy as I slept at around 12 midnight to watch American Idol. There were lots of performances by different bands and peoples like: One Republic, Jonas Brothers, Brian Adams etc. It was a really great show and I feel that most of the contestants can sing very well but it is a pity that some people vote just because of that person's looks or something else and not on the voice. Moving on, I slowly trudged to brush my teeth and toasted my bread and ate it with a cup of Milo. I won't say that it is extremely tasty but it is satisfying enough. I bathed and did my 'buisness' and rushed off to Tzu Hao's house. At first, I got a bit lost although I stayed in this estate for a Very LONG time. I saw my neighbour but I didn't want to ask her where was Tzu Hao's block as I was afraid that she would say that although I stayed in this estate for so long, I still did not know where it was. That neighbour is a bit kaypo and obnoxious. I went round and round and eventually reached there. But when I reached his house, I was sweating like crazy and my body was extremely wet. I did feel quite uncomfortable in the sweat and since the weather is so (pardon me for using this word)freaking hot, sweat trickled down my forehead.
Tzu Hao invited me in and brought me to his room to play his PS2! He also switched on the air con as that room had no fan and it would be extremely stuffy and hot. I helped him to set-up the PS2 although I was not really happy as I feel that the host should do these sort of things and not ask help from the guest. It is really... not host-like. Moving on, we played a violent hack-and-slash game which was in Japanese, which I clearly did not understand and he did. It was about some old warriors like: zhang fei, lu bu, guan yu etc. To me, the game was rather violent but it was fun and there was a bit of puzzle inside too as we had to navigate our way through enemy camps and destroy the evil soldiers. Overall, it was not bad although I wish that the game could be in English as it would enable me to understand what they were talking instead of having Tzu Hao tell me what to press.
Next, we played WWE Smackdown which is otherwise known as wrestling. I will raphely(how do you spell this word) describe the game first and then, I'll talk my opinions. First, we chose two guys called John Cena and Kane. We fought against 2 girls who were in my opinion, very and extremely lousy or noob. We could easily defeat them and I kept whacking her and grabbing her and throwing her. Once, I got so bored that I even attacked the referee. I mean, even Tzu Hao alone could take care of both of them. (take care as in defeat them not literally take care) Although it was a fun game, there was one thing that I feel that the game lacked-strategy. I mean if it is a go-and-kill-your-opponent type of game without strategy, there is nothing to gain but temporary fun. Some games do teach you strategy but for now, I can't think of any. If this game had a form of strategy like you must use something in a way to defeat your opponent.
Lastly, we played a game called Naruto 3 and it was another VS game which was make-your-opponent's-health-to-nothing type. It not very violent as there was no blood and I was also a noob but after a while I slowly got the hang of it. Unlike other games, this has some form of strategy as you have to hit ur opponent at the right time or it would not work. This game's graphics are also amazingly magnificent as they zoom in at the right time and the characters are 3-D mode.
I bade farewell to him at 12 and went for my lunch at Burger King. Next, I proceeded to Joel Chan's house for our music project. It was a enjoyable session although lots of the time was used for fooling around. Mrs Lim said our rap was way too violent which I totally disagree as what is wrong with just hitting a person. It is ONLY 1 line. But still, we had no choice but to follow teacher's orders. So after that, me and Darryl went to my void deck and had a game of soccer before he proceeded home. It was a fun game and helped me to exercise for that day, I dunno if it is considered exercise but both of us were sweating like mad and i was really exhausted but I went home with a smile.
It was a really enjoyable and a little productive. Too late to blog further! Need to Sleep. Bye!End of Blog!
