So today, after my chinese supplementry, at 3.30p.m, me and Joel Chan went down to the quadrangle to do the NDP rehearsal. There was a smorgasbord (did i use the word correctly?) of feelings inside me-nervous,scared,excited,anxious etc. So I had to be the flag bearer. As in the one who carries the flag and walks down the quadrangle to pass the flag to the one who raises the flag, in this case, would be Melvin. So, I had to walk with 3 other prefects down the quadrangle. It was hard. Very Very HARD! It was so difficult to synchronize and the 2 prefects in front walked so slow and me with the other prefect behind were walking too fast. So, the flag that was actually supposed to be stiffened out, was bent. So anyway, the procedure continued and blah blah blah, after the whole ceremony ended, my sole of my feet were ultra extremely sore and I had a backache because I had to stand for about 10 minutes not moving. It's hard to keep a straight face and a solemn look. It is so wearisome. So, when I put in my heart and soul into my job, I hope everything goes well and no one will screw up. (Although I think someone will)
