This picture depicts a scene at a concert. There are six people performing and there is a huge banner behind them saying “The Fantastic Six”. I think these children most likely are from the choir CCA in their school and have been chosen to perform in a concert. The stage is well done up. There are many people in the audience and I feel that if I were one of the parents there, and one of my children were performing, I would be really happy as I would be really proud and this would be a great achievement.
One of the performers is clutching his stomach tightly and he seems to be in great pain and the girl beside him is holding his arm and from her expression, I can tell that she is quite worried and disconcerted. A woman has jumped out of her seat and is rushing to help the boy. A man in the audience has seen this scene and looks scared. Perhaps he is the boy’s father. I think the boy has a stomachache or maybe he is too nervous. I can empathize with the boy as this could be his first time performing and he could be scared at the sight of so many people staring at him. The woman who has rushed up to help him could be his teacher and she could be sending him to the sick bay immediately.
The rest of the audience is engrossed in watching the other four performers. I think the four performers must have sung very well as they have enough courage to perform in front of a whole lot of adults. They have professionalism and showmanship. They are not distracted by the boy and continue to put on a good show.
To conclude, a concert is a great place to experience a variety of performances and you can learn some things from the performers like Discipline and Teamwork. Discipline can help a performer to cooperate with the rest of his team members. While, teamwork can help a team to perform a great show.
